The Thyme Out Buffet Menu has been designed to cater for a variety of tastes and budgets. Every buffet is made to order with fresh, quality ingredients and delivered to your door.*

Just choose the menu that suits you, tell us how many diners you need to serve and leave the rest to us. Your order will be freshly made and presented on a quality disposable platter. You will also receive serviettes.

Our buffets are provided for a minimum order of 10 heads. All buffets are garnished with a continental leaf salad and cherry tomatoes. Additional items can be added from the Snack list.

Bronze Buffet Menu	£2.30 per head
A variety of the following fillings on freshly baked bread (granary and white):
Mature cheddar cheese, Branston pickle and tomato
Tuna sweetcorn and mayonnaise mix with cucumber and lettuce
Chicken and bacon mixed in mayonnaise with lettuce
Ham and wholegrain dijonnaise mustard with tomato and lettuce

Silver Buffet Menu	£2.70 per head
A variety of the following fillings on freshly baked bread (granary and white):
Mature cheddar cheese and homemade coleslaw
Roast beef, horseradish sauce and tomato
Prawns in mayonnaise with lettuce
Chicken and mayonnaise with cucumber, tomato and lettuce

Gold Buffet Menu	£3.00 per head
A variety of the following fillings on freshly baked bread (granary and white):
Roast beef served with Danish blue cheese and tomato
Prawns in a tangy marie rose sauce with lettuce and cucumber
Breast of chicken with lettuce, red pepper, sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise
Greek feta cheese with roasted vegetables

European Buffet Menu	£3.20 per head
A variety of the following fillings on freshly baked bread (granary and white):
Chicken coated in our own special tomato and herb sauce with chorizo sausage, tomato and a drizzle of basil flavoured olive oil
Danish blue cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise
French Brie and bacon served on a bed of lettuce with tomato and mayonnaise
Greek feta served with red onion, cucumber, tomato and black olives

World Buffet Menu	£3.20 per head
A variety of the following fillings on freshly baked bread (granary and white):
Satay chicken on a bed of lettuce and red pepper
Danish blue cheese with beef and roasted vegetables
Chicken in a creamy curried sauce, served with lettuce and mayonnaise
Mature cheddar cheese in a pickled onion and mayonnaise mix with tomato, lettuce and branston pickle

Why not enhance your buffet by choosing to have your choice of our extensive range of buffet fillings in one of the following bread options? Simply add the price per head to the buffet price to reach the overall per head price (i.e. the Gold Buffet Menu in a bagel would be £3.20 + £0.30 = £3.50 per head).

* Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. Orders for less than 50 heads can only be delivered to addresses within the Gillingham area, unless by special arrangement.

Please note our prices are exclusive of VAT and therefore 17.5% must be added to the overall price.

As all our sandwiches are prepared in the same area we cannot guarantee that they are nut-free.
